ABSOLUTLEY NO ALCHOHOL AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: Brookhaven Boys & Girls Club, Mercer University, Morningside Baptist Church, E. Rivers Elementary Southern Poly Tech University , Piedmont Park & Frankie Allen Park

Teams may be required to play rain out games or tournament games on a day or night other that the regular scheduled night or day.

A $5 late fee will be charged to each player for payments received after the posted sign up deadline. Captains will be notified vial email regarding schedules and playoff times, etc.. If you do not have an email address, you must have an assistant captain's email address listed on the roster. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Space is limited. Sign up does not guarantee placement. Payment is due by deadline. There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.

Club Sport Ventures, Inc. is not responsible for any refunds or injury by a participant occurring at any time during the season. It is the responsibility of the injured player to replace themselves on the roster the they choose to do so. The player/captain must notify Club Sport of any change to the roster.

All players must be on the official roster. New players must register with ACS/SSLA and play in a minimum of 2 regular season games to be eligible for the end of season tournament.

Club Sport Ventures, Inc. reserves the right to eject a player/team from a game, league or tournament, without refund, due to behavior by player/team deemed unacceptable by staff/official.

Club Sport Ventures, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a league prior to the season due to limited participation.
